We wait all year for Frog Hollow's Emerald Beaut Plums - small, green plums that are the perfect pie fruit! We mix them with plump organic raspberries from Yerena Farms in Watsonville and top the whole thing off with our famous oatmeal cookie crumble top. The crust is made with organic flour, organic cane sugar, and organic coconut oil. The crumble top is made with organic cane sugar and brown sugar, organic brown rice flour, organic tapioca starch, organic cinnamon, allspice, ginger, organic gluten-free oats and organic coconut butter. It's a short season, folks.
