We are excited to present a special dessert that we love - Pavlova! Crisp, fluffy vanilla bean meringue piled high with blood orange curd, whipped cream with yogurt folded in, fresh seasonal citrus, and fresh passion fruit from Brokaw Ranch, topped with toasted coconut flakes. This is the ultimate light, bright, winter treat!

Your pavlova will come with all the fixings for you to assemble fresh at home. Pavlovas are lovely but fragile! Best when served same-day, immediately after preparation.
