We wait all year for stone fruit season! For this pie, we fill our vegan pastry crust with organic apricots from Frog Hollow Farms and juicy organic blackberries from Stahlbush Island Farms. Then the whole thing is topped off with a vegan version of our famous oatmeal crumble. The crust is made with organic flour, organic cane sugar, and organic coconut oil. The crumble top is made with organic cane sugar and brown sugar, organic brown rice flour, organic tapioca starch, organic cinnamon, allspice, ginger, organic gluten-free oats and organic coconut butter.
